I’ve started renovating my bathroom and I’m struggling to remove the old silicone sealant from around the edge of the tub. I’ve tried pulling it off with pliers, but it’s leaving behind residue and some parts are really stuck. What’s the most effective way to get it all off without damaging the tub or tiles?

If you’re dealing with really stubborn bits, a multi-tool with a scraper attachment can save loads of time. Just go slowly and keep it at a shallow angle to avoid gouging the tile or tub.
