Hey everyone! I recently dropped my corded Ridgid circular saw, and now the shoe is bent, making it unusable, and it's not under warranty either. So, I'm considering switching to a Milwaukee cordless saw to match the rest of my M18 tools. I occasionally cut angles in 2x material, so I don't think the M12 model would work for me. I'm leaning towards the Milwaukee Fuel M18 6.5" left-hand blade saw, but I'd love to hear your thoughts. Will I regret not going with the 7.25" option? Which circular saw do you recommend?

I chose the 7 1/4 inch because I've heard that the left-hand blade model tends to blow dust back at you if you're right-handed, which I wanted to avoid.
The M18 6.5" circular saw is fantastic, and it can handle 2x4s at 45 degrees without any issues. If you pair it with one of the Forge batteries or a HO 6.0Ah, it's incredibly powerful. Have you considered if a larger 7.25" would actually suit your needs?
I'm a huge fan of the left-hand blade! It lets me see the blade directly on my cutting line rather than having to rely on the shoe, which can sometimes be off. Just make sure you're okay with the dust situation—does it bother you?
