Has anyone had a good experience with TN Nursery or getting refunds?

I placed an order with TN Nursery earlier today, but after reading some concerning reviews, I'm worried I might've been scammed. I attempted to cancel my order but couldn't find a clear way to do it—most of their cancellation policy only covers subscriptions and pre-orders. While I've seen some people successfully grow plants from them, there seems to be a lot of negative feedback as well. I emailed customer service for help with the cancellation, but haven't heard back. I'm considering contacting my bank tomorrow to see if they can assist, but I really just want my plants to be viable. For reference, I ordered some bushes, ferns, and flowers.

Hey there! I was in the same boat as you—placed an order, checked reviews afterward, and got concerned. But ultimately, I received decent products, although it took a while for the order to ship since they only send things out at the right season. A lot of the bad reviews seemed to come from people not recognizing that delay. So, hang in there; you might be pleasantly surprised! My only complaint was having to make a Shop account just to track my order. Kinda annoying! Hope yours arrives soon.

Thanks! That's a relief to hear. I'm really hoping my plants will be okay since I can't cancel. I've read a few negative reviews, but some seem like people might not understand dormant plants.
