I've set up some Barrina T8 lights (you can check them out here: [link](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QWV1THV/)) on a wire rack for starting seeds. I've got two lights on each shelf, positioned about 7.5 inches above the trays, which still allows for a humidity dome. Despite what I've read about these lights being good for growing, my plants continue to grow leggy. Can anyone provide insights on why this is happening?

Legginess can be a natural trait in some seedlings, like peppers and tomatoes, which might be what you've got. But if they’re all leggy, it could suggest they’re not getting enough light. Consider moving those lights closer. You can check the distance from the plants to ensure they’re getting sufficient brightness.
Just a heads-up, the setup you have seems decent, but 7.5 inches is on the higher side. Reducing that gap can really make a difference. Plus, if you have multiple types of plants, check if some might need more light compared to others.
It sounds like your lights might be too far away from the seedlings. Lowering them to about 3-4 inches can help prevent legginess. Some plants do need more intense lighting, especially if they’re stretching for it. Also, are you using any fans for air circulation? That can help strengthen stems too!
