I'm setting up a vegetable and herb garden on my balcony this year. I've got 4 hanging baskets and 5 ground containers planned. The problem is that my HOA won't allow me to use the hose hookup, so I'm looking for some efficient watering methods. I'd prefer to avoid making multiple trips to the kitchen sink just to fill up a watering can. Any tips?

What about using a rain barrel? It could be a good option if you can figure out how to fill it up without a faucet. Just a thought for eco-friendly watering!
Honestly, a simple watering can works great! That's what I use. Just find one that’s comfortable for you to carry and you’ll be good to go.
I feel you! If they're not letting you have the hose, that's tough. Have you considered getting a hose that connects to your kitchen faucet? A neighbor of mine does that, and it works really well for her balcony! Just be sure to check if it can fit your faucet before buying.

That's a clever idea! I actually looked into it, but it turns out my Moen faucet isn’t compatible with the adapters I need. Really a bummer!
