How Can I Get Rid of These Persistent Fungal Gnats?

I've been struggling with fungal gnats for a couple of months now and I'm feeling pretty defeated. I've tried everything from sticky traps and neem oil sprays to mosquito bits, repotting, and even hydrogen peroxide treatments. Despite all my efforts, nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice on what else I could try?

You could also try adding some sundews or pinguicula plants to your setup. They actually consume fungus gnats. Just remember to avoid overwatering your soil because that might be making the problem worse!
