A crawlspace is also a dealbreaker for me. I just know I'm going to face plumbing issues down the line, and if the pipes are in a slab, it’s going to make everything way worse!
For me, it's gotta be a basement. Living in a tornado-prone area, it feels necessary to have that safe space. Plus, basements stay nice and cool during the summer!
I definitely can't risk being on a main road. The thought of backing out into traffic gives me anxiety. It's a hard pass for me!
That's a solid point! It can really be stressful. I want a quiet street too.
