I've been having a tough time reaching Festool's customer service. I've called, left messages, and sent emails, and I've only received one response over the past two weeks. Has anyone else experienced this? How do I actually get in touch with a real person at Festool?

I honestly can't relate to your experience. I had two service claims with Festool, and both were handled quickly and efficiently. I’d recommend them to any woodworker!
I had a pretty good experience when I called Festool. I bought two quick clamps for my DIY workbench, and one was out of square. Surprisingly, I got through to a real person in about 30 seconds, and had a replacement on the way within five minutes. It's strange that your experience has been so different from mine!
