I got a bit too eager and planted some grass seed right before a series of frosts hit. Now I'm worried if it's all dead. Is there still a chance that the seeds could survive?

If your seeds didn't sprout before the frost, they should be just fine! As long as birds haven't eaten them or heavy rain washed them away, they might just need some warmth to kickstart their growth.
The key thing to remember is that grass seeds won't germinate until the ground temperatures are warm enough, around 10°C. So as long as they haven’t started growing yet, they should survive the cold snap!
