I've got a glow light that has both warm and cool settings, and I'm trying to decide which one is better for my succulents. The cool light is definitely brighter than the warm light, but I want to know which setting they actually prefer for optimal growth. Anyone have experience with this?

Ideally, plants benefit from both warm (around 2,700K) and cool (approximately 6,500K) light. That's why some grow lights appear purple, with a mix of blue and red wavelengths. You might also see white light added to make it easier on our eyes. I've had good luck with JCBritw lights; they seem reliable and effective. I even use them on my dresser!
Honestly, I’d say full spectrum LEDs are your best bet! Aim for lights that are around 20W or more. They really help your succulents thrive. Good luck finding the right ones, and enjoy growing your plants! ?
I personally use warm white Barrina grow lights. They create a cozy, sunshine feel rather than an office-like vibe, which is great for my plants and my bird! I’ve got a whole setup in a closet, and it’s going to look fantastic when I finish it!

Thanks for the tips! I appreciate it. Your plants must be amazing! That bathtub planter you have is gorgeous too!! ??
