Should I Repair or Completely Rebuild My Garage?

Hey everyone! I'm in Iowa and need some advice about my garage. I'm not sure if it can be fixed up or if it's too damaged and needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The roof seems okay, but the concrete has a big crack down the middle. One of the windows fell out because the garage settled, so I've just covered it with plexiglass for now. I also noticed light coming in between the wall and the floor, which indicates it might be shifting off the concrete pad. Plus, there's some water damage on the boards. I really hope it can be repaired without the hefty $20-30k price tag. If it's doable, I'd appreciate tips on who to hire for the repairs and an idea of how much that might cost. If not, I'll probably have to wait a few years to do a rebuild with a kit from Menards, but I'm worried about how long my garage will hold out. I attached a link to some pictures and a video for reference: [https://imgur.com/a/ROXSgjx](https://imgur.com/a/ROXSgjx). Thanks for any insights, knowledge, or experiences you can share!

I had a similar situation and a contractor advised me that my garage was beyond repair, but then I got a second opinion from someone else who was able to rehabilitate it completely. It looks amazing now!

That's awesome to hear! How much did your rehab end up costing? Was it a similar condition to mine?
