Using headphones is one of the easiest solutions! It lets you play without disturbing anyone around you.

Exactly! Headphones are a must for keeping the noise down.

To effectively block out sound, focus on your door since that's usually the weakest point: add density and seals to it. Filling your room with soft furnishings helps absorb sound too. If you're willing to invest a bit more, consider putting up a second wall with sound-rated plasterboard and insulation in between. For most guitar playing, those steps should really help.

A cool idea is to create a portable acoustic panel using Rockwool insulation in a wooden frame on wheels. You can position it where you need it most, like in front of a doorway or wall. Make sure your door has a tight seal with weather stripping to help block noise. Point your amp away from any shared walls, and consider making a small chamber for your amp too. Just ensure any insulation used is covered with fabric! Good luck!

I highly recommend using a Line6 Helix with good headphones. It changed the game for me and my partner because I can play as loud as I want without bothering anyone else.

Have you checked out the Spark Neo? It's pretty amazing. I recently sold my traditional practice amps after trying it out; it's just that good! Sorry if that's not exactly what you're looking for, but I had to mention it as a game changer.
