Hey everyone! I'm on the hunt for some recommendations for native UK perennial plants that I can add along a narrow strip of soil next to a walkway. I'm aiming for something that's generally low-growing, though I'm open to taller options as long as they don't get too bushy or wild and start encroaching on the path. Essentially, I'm a bit of a lazy gardener, so I need them to be low maintenance too! Ideally, I'd love plants that stay green all year round. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I’ve had good luck with Geranium sanguineum. It's a native plant that forms nice clumps and stays evergreen in milder regions. It comes in various colors like magenta, pale pink, and white. Definitely worth considering!
You might want to check out Lavender Munstead; it’s a classic British perennial! Another good option is Nepeta (also known as catmint), which is softer than lavender and does well beside walkways.
