I'm looking to replace my electric hot water heater and want to switch to a tankless on-demand system. I live in a mobile home with two to three people, and we have one bathroom and a kitchen with a dishwasher. Can anyone help me figure out what size I need? I can handle the installation, and I have a breaker box just two feet away with space for an additional dual breaker if necessary. Any advice on what to choose would be really appreciated. Thanks!

For electric heaters, I usually recommend going with hybrid heat pump tanks. Tankless isn't the best choice if you have hard water. If you're okay with flushing it a couple of times a year and keeping an eye on the anode rod, it should last you quite a while.
