Hey everyone! I've been using the original non-brushless M12 rotary tool, and honestly, it hasn't impressed me at all. It tends to stall out even when I'm just cutting through thicker plastics. I find myself quite frustrated with it since I use it pretty often. I just saw that there's now a brushless version available, and I'm wondering if it's really worth the upgrade. Has anyone had experience with the brushless model?

While I can't speak directly about the brushless model, I’ve got the original and find it somewhat useful alongside my other tools, like the Milwaukee die grinders. They’re incredibly powerful and versatile if you’re considering them as an alternative. The new brushless tool might be similar but with more power, so if you're looking for better performance, it sounds promising!
I recently got the brushless rotary tool, and I’m loving it! I've pushed it through various materials without any hesitation. I can't directly compare it to the brushed version, but it honestly feels just as powerful as some corded tools I’ve used in the past. Definitely a solid purchase if you're looking for something reliable!

I heard you can snag the straight M12 die grinder for around $100 if you catch a good sale, which could be a great option too!
