I found a knife in my kitchen that had what looked like caulk on it. My husband told me it was from when he was caulking behind the sink, and he accidentally ran it through the dishwasher. I'm super worried that this means our dishwasher and dishes could be contaminated with chemicals, especially since it's been a few weeks since then. The caulk was clear silicone. Should I be concerned about this?

In my opinion, it’s all good. That caulk is meant to be used in kitchen areas. If it were a big deal, someone would have raised a flag long ago. So I wouldn't worry too much about ingesting anything harmful.
Nothing to stress about! If it helps calm your nerves, you can always rewash the dishes you used around that time. Just give everything a good rinse, and you should be all set.
Honestly, you probably don't need to worry too much. That caulk is often used around sinks and counters, and if there were serious health risks, we’d definitely know about it by now. Plus, it’s usually designed to be water-soluble for a bit, so it likely washed out with the dishes anyway.
