I just got a fishbone cactus and I'm curious if it can handle spending the summer outside, similar to Christmas or Thanksgiving cacti. I live in Finland, where summer nights can get down to around 8-10°C, but I also get full sun all day on my south-facing balcony, with daytime temperatures between 20-30°C. I want to make sure it won't suffer being outdoors, so I'm looking for advice from anyone who has tried this! Thanks in advance!

Your fishbone cactus can definitely spend time outside in the summer! Just be cautious with full direct sun—it might not like being in super bright light all day since it's not a desert cactus. I've put a lot of my plants outside, and they do well, but I always look for partial shade for the more sensitive ones.
That makes sense! I wish I had somewhere shadier, but my balcony is all sun. I could always bring it back inside if it gets too bright. Thankfully, Finnish summers are pretty cloudy, so it might be okay!
