I'm curious about the temperature range for growing cauliflower. I know they can thrive in hot climates, but at what point does the heat become too much for them?

Cauliflower is pretty adaptable and can actually handle quite a bit of heat. However, if temperatures get excessively high, they might start to bolt, which is when they shoot up flowers instead of forming nice heads. So while they're tough, keeping an eye on those temperature extremes is key!

I had the same concern! I read that if it gets over 85°F (around 30°C), you should really watch for that bolting.
