Hey everyone! I'm working on some automation projects and need help finding a component. I've been assembling my own electrical control boxes, and I'm trying to find a reliable 4-pin bulkhead connector. I've got a servo motor with four wires that I want to connect to a plug on the side of my control box. While I found some nice M12 4-pin aviation connectors, they're not bulkhead types. I also saw some bulkhead connectors on Amazon, but those require tinning the wires. I'm looking specifically for one that has a screw terminal connection for easier assembly and disassembly. If you have suggestions or might know where to find one, I'd really appreciate your help!

Check out M12 4-pin bulkhead connectors with pigtails, like the ones on Amazon. You might also want to look into Wago connectors for easier disassembly. Screw terminal blocks can fit, but they might not be the best option for a compact M12 body. Always double-check the specs!
Just a heads up, for these types of connectors, soldering the wires is pretty standard. Screw terminals may not offer the reliability you need.
If this is for a more professional setup, Phoenix Contact offers a huge variety of panel mount M12 connectors. They could have exactly what you're looking for!
What kind of voltage and current are you working with? Understanding the specifics can really help narrow down the best options for you!

I'm using a DM556 stepper motor driver at 12VDC with a NEMA 23 stepper motor. It's a low-speed, low-torque setup, so nothing too crazy.
