I've been through a real struggle with ovens lately, having returned four of them—all from GE and Whirlpool. The first oven was a GE with a dent and a loose top panel. The second was also a GE but had severe insulation issues; the exterior was extremely hot while it was supposed to be set at 400 degrees. The third was so damaged that the delivery guys wouldn't even bring it inside—seriously, it looked like it had been in a collision. The fourth oven was a Whirlpool, which came with another dent and screws that were falling out. I've got a fifth oven coming on Monday, and I'm wondering if anyone else has faced this kind of runaround?

It sounds like a delivery issue rather than a problem with the brands themselves. If you got them all from the same place, they could be shipping damaged goods or using careless delivery services. You might want to check out another retailer to see if that improves your luck!
Looks like you've had some tough breaks with damaged units! It's shocking that all of them were ruined in transit. It might be worth considering a smaller, local shop with better quality control for delivery. This could give you a better chance to get one that actually works.
Agreed! I had issues with a delivery after COVID too. Maybe it's just bad luck on certain shipping routes.
Skipping Home Depot sounds smart at this point. Try researching local appliance stores that can give you some quality service. They often have better control over deliveries and can personally oversee the process, which might solve your issue.
They have been good about refunds, but yeah, I’m getting tired of the hassle. It’s time to find a better option!

Yeah, they were all from Home Depot. I wonder if they've got a few bad delivery guys in my area.
