I've been using a grow light for about 6 hours a day for my pepper plants, but I've noticed the leaves are starting to turn brown. Is there something wrong that I need to fix?

It looks like your peppers might be suffering from something called damping off. It's a fungal issue that usually attacks seedlings before they get their first true leaves. Unfortunately, those peppers are probably done for this time.
But no worries for your next planting! Make sure to spray the soil with hydrogen peroxide right after you set it up to prevent this from happening. Another tip is to use a fan to keep air circulation going, as the problem often comes from a mix of low temperatures and too much moisture in the soil.
Definitely sounds like damping off to me! Just to add, keeping your seedlings warm and dry can really help prevent this problem. Make sure to give them a little air circulation and check the moisture level in the soil, too!
