What Are the Ugliest Plants You’ve Encountered?

I know beauty is subjective in the plant world, but are there any plants you would absolutely avoid buying because you think they're ugly? Personally, I really can't stand the way hoyas look when they're wrapped on a circular trellis. Mantras also don't vibe with me, but maybe that's just a personal trauma thing.

I really can’t handle fiddle leaf figs either. They look like giant cabbages on sticks. Hard pass from me!

That's such a unique way to describe them! Love it!

Ferns just don’t do it for me, and those little pebble succulents? Yikes, they’re definitely not cute!

Aw, ferns are my jam, but sadly, they don’t love me back! Can't stand those succulents either.

I totally get that! Lithops really freak me out too—they give me the creeps.

Crotons are a hard no for me. I just don’t understand their appeal!

Right? I think they’re pretty overrated.
