I'm a big fan of basil and want to explore more varieties! I've only tried a few different kinds so far. I've got seeds for Genovese, Holy, and Sweet Thai basil. After some research, I found a great article that covers many popular types of basil. I'm curious about which varieties you all enjoy growing and using in your cooking. If I have space, I might also try Cinnamon, Lemon, and Osmin Purple basil. What do you recommend?

I've had awesome success growing Mammolo basil indoors using hydroponics. It's been fantastic for fresh use!
Right now, I'm planting Lemon basil from seeds and Thai basil from a store-bought plant. They add such a great flavor to Asian dishes! Definitely recommend them.
I love growing Emerald Tower basil! It's super productive compared to my other plants. I also like Mrs. Burns Lemon, Cinnamon, and Spicy Globe basil. For cooking, I prefer using Emerald Tower and Lemon in pasta, while the Taiwanese basil is perfect for stir fry. Cinnamon has big leaves but I mostly use it in sweet dishes. Cheers!
