Hey everyone, I'm really frustrated with my experience with DeWalt cordless blowers. I've bought two in the last two and a half years, and both broke down way too soon. I thought I was investing in a top-notch product, but it's been disappointing to see them fail so quickly. I know their warranty is usually one year (or sometimes 90 days), but for the price, I expected these tools to last longer. I'm looking for some help here – whether it's advice on getting them fixed, finding replacements, or just general guidance on what to do next. I want to keep supporting the brand, but it's getting hard to justify after these experiences!

I can vouch for the three-year warranty too. Just registered my blower, and it’s active until 2026. Make sure you have your purchase date handy when you contact support!
I’ve heard varying things about the warranty—some say it only covers defects if there’s a recall. Has anyone else dealt with that?
Which specific blower model are you having trouble with? That could help others give more tailored advice or similar experiences.
Just so you know, DeWalt actually offers a three-year warranty on most of their tools, including blowers. You might want to double-check your info – they repair defects for three years from purchase!
I thought the warranty was only one year unless there’s a recall. I just had my chainsaw serviced and was told it’s under one year. That’s frustrating!
Most tools do have a one-year warranty, but the batteries generally get three. It can definitely be confusing!

Thanks for the info! I’ll definitely register mine and see if they can help.
