Anyone Tried a Newer Battery Leaf Blower?

Hey everyone! I currently own the older DCBL722B battery leaf blower, which I got in a bundle with a weed whacker around seven years ago. Honestly, it's quite disappointing because it only manages a small area of dry leaves for about two minutes before the 5 AH battery dies. I'm really curious if the newer models have improved at all. Has anyone given the updated versions a try? Thanks!

I own both the Dewalt DCB777 and a couple of Stihl models. While the DCB777 is convenient, the Stihl BG50 outperforms it when it comes to power and ease of use, especially for longer sessions. But I still find myself using the DCBL777 regularly since it's just easy to grab and go without much fuss.

I’ve got the DCBL777 and I really like it! I have plenty of batteries, so runtime isn’t an issue for me. It handles daily use without problems, although I’ve heard that for serious yard work, the Stihl BG50 might still have the edge in power and comfort.

I have the DCBL772, and it's noticeably more powerful than the DCBL722. I mostly use it for blowing snow off my driveway and it works well with a 9ah FlexVolt battery. I skipped the DCBL777, thinking the upgrades weren’t significant enough. Really looking forward to trying out the new DCBL570Z2 soon!
