I recently attempted the BMSM hack and sent five items to two different stores—some to one store and the rest to another. I picked up the items I wanted from one of the stores, but when I tried to cancel the order for the items at the other store online, I couldn't find the option to do so. Did I screw something up? Should I just go pick up the other items and return them on the same day?

If you leave the items unpicked, the order will likely get canceled and refunded automatically eventually. You might want to check your confirmation email for details about how long you have before that happens—it usually mentions a timeframe for pickup.
I've faced the same issue trying to cancel items online. The emails often tell you to use a link to cancel, but I find that the option isn't available where the link directs. I just end up calling the store to cancel instead. It’s easier that way!
