Hey everyone! I'm on a mission to make my garden more inviting to bees and butterflies. I've already got a bunch of lavender planted, but I'm looking for more suggestions. Are there any particular plants that work really well for pots or borders? Any advice would be super helpful!

Native wildflowers are really effective for attracting these pollinators. In my garden, Hylotelephium and Erysimum have been a hit with both bees and butterflies. You might want to look into those too!
I highly recommend planting perennials that bloom for extended periods. Varieties like Erigeron karvinskianus, Verbena rigida, and Knautia macedonica work great in pots and attract a lot of pollinators! They've been thriving in my garden and bring in tons of bees and butterflies all summer long.
I’ve had Erigeron, but mine mainly attracts hoverflies. Love them too since they help pollinate!
I can second Knautia macedonica! I planted some last year, and they were covered in butterflies and bees throughout the whole summer.
If you're looking for annuals, Zinnias are fantastic! I planted some last spring and they drew in bees and butterflies from May to October. They're super attractive and do well in borders too.
