I'm looking to expand my garden and want to grow more plants that I can use for tea. I already have mint and winter heath. What other herbs or plants would be great for making different types of tea?

Lemon balm is fantastic for tea and has a really nice citrusy flavor. You can also grow stevia for a natural sweetener in your tea, and verbena adds a light, fragrant touch. Definitely consider ginger and lemongrass too, especially if you're looking for something a bit zesty!
Chamomile is a great option! It's super easy to grow and makes a lovely calming tea. You might also want to try growing roselle hibiscus for a refreshing hibiscus tea, and don't forget about the tea plant itself, Camellia sinensis, for green tea. If you're into floral flavors, sambac jasmine is a wonderful choice too! Just be aware that you’ll need quite a bit of chamomile if you want a good harvest.
Don't overlook the classics like rosemary and sage for more savory teas! Basil is also versatile, and monarda (bee balm) can be a fun addition. And if you enjoy herbal teas, thyme can add some nice depth to your blends.
