What’s the Solar Power Scene Like in Your Country?

I'm curious about the solar power situation in various countries. In Germany, where I live, solar energy is becoming really popular, especially among homeowners and even renters. Most houses have solar panels, and there are large solar farms popping up too. I recently saw a solar field that included a battery storage system and a charging station, with prices competitive to gas stations. How does it look in your country? If solar isn't popular, is it at least acceptable to have it?

In Spain, solar power is massive and growing rapidly! They've set up solar farms that can generate 1 GW or more in remote areas. The issue is that the production and consumption ratios are all over the place, leading to some distribution problems since it's been growing without smart planning. On the bright side, there's been a surge in small companies installing solar systems in homes—I've worked with a few for about a year.

That's impressive! Do you know what kind of economic impact this might have?
