I live in a small bathroom in an old concrete home from the 1950s, and I absolutely love taking hot showers. However, the steam really builds up, and I'm looking for some solutions. The bathroom has an old window that's difficult to open, plus bugs can easily get in. With Florida's summer heat often hitting 90+ degrees, I want to avoid having it open too much. I've considered getting a dehumidifier but would like to hear others' experiences. Should I think about replacing the windows or maybe just installing a fan? Any advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Upgrading your bathroom fan to one with a higher CFM (cubic feet per minute) can make a huge difference. If you don’t have a fan at all, I’d definitely recommend installing one. It really helps with steam retention during those hot showers!
