I heard from someone at Home Depot that the M12 1/2" stubby might be discontinued. Can anyone confirm this? I want to know if it's just a supply issue or if they are truly phasing it out.

I doubt it's discontinued. It's only been on the market for under a year, but it has been pretty limited in stock lately. So, it might just be a supply chain issue rather than an official discontinuation.
It's possible he was confused with the Gen 1 model. The latest version just launched, so I’m fairly sure the Gen 2 isn't actually discontinued, just hard to find right now.
The M12 1/2" Gen 2 (model 2563) was part of a promotional deal for a bit, but it seems that they pulled it from the lineup pretty quickly. So, it looks like it might be discontinuing.
Yeah, I thought that might be the case. I asked specifically about the Gen 2, and he insisted it was that, so I figured I'd check here.
