Dewalt Vacuum Battery Issues – Any Solutions?

Hey everyone! I'm facing some trouble with my Dewalt vacuum that runs on batteries. Has anyone dealt with a situation where the battery option just doesn't work? I've already cleaned the connectors and tried several good batteries, but nothing seems to work. This vacuum can take 120V, 18V, or 20V batteries and is meant for wet/dry use. I'm considering taking it apart or possibly replacing it. Any advice?

I feel your pain! I've just dealt with my basic 3Ah and 4Ah batteries, no Powerstack here. I've found that making sure all the connections are clean and tight is crucial. Also, maybe check for any internal wiring issues if you’re willing to disassemble it.

Sounds like a common issue! Just curious, are you attempting to use a Powerstack battery? It can sometimes cause compatibility issues if that's the case.
