I'm looking to bond two nickel plated copper components and I need some advice on the right type of glue to use. I'm considering polyurethane or epoxy-based glues, but I'm not sure which would be the best option. A couple of specifics to keep in mind: the adhesive has to act as a water sealant (keeping in mind it will face very low water pressure), the parts need to endure thermal cycles of 15-45°C, and I need enough working time to align the pieces since the bonding and curing can't be instant. Also, the stress on these parts will be relatively low. What do you think?

Gorilla Glue could work well for this! It has great bonding strength and is water-resistant, which is perfect since you need a sealant. Just make sure you apply it evenly and clamp the pieces together until it sets, as it expands a bit while curing.
Have you thought about soldering instead? It's a really strong method but I get that it might not be feasible given the size and your equipment situation.
Yeah, I would consider it if I had the right tools, but right now, gluing seems like the safer option.
