Hey everyone! I just got a quote for new gutters on my single-story house in Louisiana, and I'm wondering if it's reasonable. The quote is for about 235 feet of white seamless gutters with 7 downspouts, including the removal and disposal of the old gutter system. The total comes to $2,950. Does this seem high to you? Should I be shopping around for better deals? Any insights on average costs would be appreciated!

Honestly, that price seems pretty fair for the amount of linear footage and the number of downspouts you’re getting. It looks like a solid deal!
It might be a good idea to get at least a couple more quotes for comparison. That way, you can see if this price is in line with what others are offering.
I recently installed 212 feet of seamless gutters with 3 downspouts, and it cost me around $3,144, so your quote is definitely in the right ballpark. It's also helpful to know that I did mine without removing the old ones, which adds more work and potential costs.

Yeah, I was initially thinking it was a bit steep. I’ll definitely go for a few more quotes since I’m paying out of pocket. I can also remove the old gutters myself since they only added $175 for disposal. I guess I was hoping to stay under 2k.
