I have a reclaimed wood table, and I've noticed two depressions on its surface that seem to be getting larger. I haven't spotted any little wood grains on top, but I'm worried that termites could be lurking inside. Is this a sign of termites? And if so, what can I do to get rid of them?

Just a heads up, some types of termites, like Asian termites, can actually infest wood without needing to reach the ground. So, it’s good to be cautious. If you suspect there's a problem, it might be time to get it checked out.

I checked and I don't see any holes, but the wood does feel quite porous overall.
