I'm looking to change my ordinary grass lawn into a clover lawn but I'm not too keen on digging it up. Has anyone here done this successfully without completely removing the existing turf? Any tips would be appreciated!

Totally possible! I just mixed clover seeds into my existing lawn, which was in pretty bad shape, and it turned out great. Just keep in mind that you might not get a full 100% clover coverage without more drastic measures, but it works really well with some patience!
