I've been attacked by the thorny fiends known as blackberries, and now I have 4-5 thorn tips lodged in my fingertips! I did wear leather gloves, but unfortunately, that wasn't enough. I've been struggling with tweezers to get them out, but they're packed in deep. Every time I try to dig in, I just end up with more blood. Does anyone have some tried-and-true methods to get these pesky thorns out?

I've had luck using very small scissors or a nail clipper to carefully cut away dead skin. Just make sure to go slow. Good luck!
Try using an emery board or some sandpaper and sand in one direction to help get those thorns out. Soaking your fingers in hydrogen peroxide can also help as it might remove a thin layer of skin, making it easier to extract them.
Be careful with the emery board, don't overdo it! Sanding too much could irritate your fingers more.

I actually used the hydrogen peroxide, and it managed to pop out two of them! They bubbled up, and I just plucked away with tweezers. I'm still struggling with a couple more that are really deep, though.
