I've been hearing some concerns about the Forge version of the 12 amp battery. Specifically, did it resolve the charging issues that some people had with the older models, like the ones where the last bar wouldn't charge? I'd love to know if anyone has experienced a difference with the new version!

From what I've seen, my Forge 12 amp battery charges all four bars just fine. I’m not sure if I'm fully getting your question, but it does seem to be working well for me!
I think they're referring to the HO 12.0 version, which had issues. I had to return a few batteries because of that.
Yeah, the balancing issue with the Samsung 40T cells in those older models is a problem. It would definitely be best to steer clear of those if you're looking for reliability. I've encountered similar issues with the M12 CP3.0 and XC6.0 batteries too.
Are those same Samsung cells used in the new Forge 12.0 and 8.0 models?
