I have a wall that curves out and then back in, but I don't think it's structural. It's consistent across the whole wall. Looking at it makes me wonder if the framer did a bad job. Any thoughts? Here's a picture for reference: https://imgur.com/a/BIOOlHJ.

Finding perfectly straight studs is a real challenge! The key is to ensure that the studs are all bowing in the same direction during framing. For non-load-bearing walls, making relief cuts can help straighten things out. Ultimately, it seems like the studs weren't nailed in consistently, which is why it looks off.
It looks like a bowed wall to me. It's pretty common for houses to have walls that aren’t perfectly straight. As long as you’re not seeing any cracks or weirdness, I wouldn’t stress about it too much.
