I'm looking for effective methods to repair stripped screw holes in wood. What products or techniques do you recommend for filling those holes? Any personal experiences or tips would be greatly appreciated!

To fix those holes, I've had great success with toothpicks coated in wood glue. Just pack them into the hole, let it dry, and then you can screw into it without any worries.
Golf tees can also do the trick! Just apply some wood glue and shove it in there. They fit perfectly and can be trimmed to size afterwards if needed.
One solid method I've used is to drill out the hole a bit larger and then insert a dowel glued in place. After it's set, you can drill a pilot hole for the new screw, and don’t forget to wax the screw before driving it in! This gives a really strong hold.
I totally get that, but bear in mind that using end grain for screws can be less reliable. A better approach is to use a plug cutter to make a wood plug from the same material, which looks really nice and holds up well.
