I recently moved and now have my hOmeLabs Freestanding Commercial Ice Maker Machine set up in the laundry room with a big sink, but there's no direct way to route the drain line for gravity drainage. Would a condensate pump be good enough to pump the water from the ice maker up into the sink?

Absolutely, you should be good to go. I have a similar setup where my pump lifts water about 8 feet from the basement to a drainage point without any issues. These pumps are designed for this kind of application!
Yes, a condensate pump should work perfectly for your ice maker! I've been draining my dehumidifier with one, and it does the job well. Just make sure to check the specs to ensure it fits your needs. Also, make sure to run the line properly to avoid any clogs.
For sure! I manage a lot of ice machines and we use condensate pumps for all of them. They handle the job really well, even for larger units than yours.
