I've just bought my first home, and my wife is eager to paint the bathroom. What are your recommendations for water-resistant paints that hold up well in high moisture areas? Also, any advice on getting rid of mold around the tub's silicone would be really appreciated!

I’ve had good luck with Benjamin Moore semigloss. Just swing by a home improvement center that carries it, and talk to someone in the paint section—they're usually super helpful!
For a bathroom, I highly recommend using Sherwin Williams Duration Interior Acrylic Latex. It’s held up great in my home for over 15 years! Plus, if you ask the folks at the store for advice, they usually have great recommendations. Don't forget to look for sales to save a bit!
