I can relate! I had a similar experience, and after a few weeks of waiting with the fans, I had to pull up the flooring and replace the underlayment because moisture was still hanging around.
Unfortunately, it might not get any better just by using fans. In cases like this, it’s often necessary to replace the flooring altogether, especially if a toilet leak has caused significant damage.
The fans might not do much by themselves, and it could take months to fully dry out. I suggest trying a dehumidifier for a week as well. If you're budget-conscious like me, a window AC unit can work wonders in a pinch. Just keeping the air dry can make a big difference.
You might need to tear up the flooring. It's best to consider renting commercial dehumidifiers along with the blowers. If you act quickly, you can sometimes save the floor, but if you wait too long, it’ll likely need to be replaced.
