I've just installed a new Victron MPPT controller to replace an older, less powerful one. I kept all the same settings, but unlike my previous unit, this new one doesn't have Bluetooth functionality. Now, it's stuck in absorption mode, even though my battery is low. Any suggestions on what might be causing this?

It sounds like you might want to double-check your absorb voltage settings. If those are correct, make sure your connections to the battery are solid. Sometimes a significant voltage drop can give the controller a false reading, causing it to believe the battery is charged more than it actually is.

I checked those settings already and everything seems fine. The absorb voltage is set higher than the actual voltage, so I'm not sure what else to look at. Could it just be a faulty unit?
