Hey everyone! I've been browsing various online stores for outdoor planters lately, and honestly, the prices seem all over the place. I'm trying to find some good-quality black metal planters in square or rectangle shapes for our rooftop without breaking the bank. I'm willing to invest a bit more for durability, but I don't want to spend a fortune. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

If you're looking for quality, definitely check out Gardeners.com. Yes, their prices can be high, but I've had pots from them for over 30 years, and they're still going strong! Cheap alternatives tend to wear out quickly, so in the long run, these might actually save you money since they last much longer.
Have you thought about checking out local stores instead of just online? Places like Tractor Supply, Menards, or even Walmart often have clearance sections where you can find planters at a good price. Just a thought since shipping can make online buying tricky, especially in NYC.
That’s a good point! Unfortunately, we’re in Brooklyn without a car, but I’ll keep those places in mind for the future.

Thanks for the suggestion! It's reassuring to hear that the quality is worth it.
