What are some easy ways to water my hanging plants without a ladder?

I've got some really high ceilings, and watering my pothos plants hanging up there is such a hassle that I keep putting it off, which isn't great for the plants. I'm looking for a simpler solution than having to haul out a ladder and buckets every week. Ideally, I want to find a way to water them from the ground. I even thought about maybe using a bowl of ice on a stick, but I'm not sure. I really don't want to give up on my plants! Any creative hacks you all can share?

Check out garden stores for pressure sprayers! They usually have a jug with a pump and a handle to spray water. You might adapt it with a longer wand to aim better. Just make sure it shoots out a stream, not a mist!

You might want to look into pulley systems made for hanging plants! They let you pull the plants down when it’s time to water, making the whole process way easier. You can find small pulleys that would work great for this!

Absolutely! Just use a simple pulley on the ceiling hook, it's super straightforward!

I used to have this cool yellow water bottle with a J-shaped tube. You just squeeze it, and the water comes right out into the pot—super easy!

Have you considered using a watering wand? You can easily attach it to your kitchen or bathroom faucet to reach the plants without climbing up.

Another option is a hand pump designed for liquids. They can suck water from a tank and push it out through a hose. You could set it up with a stick to direct the hose into your plant pots. Just a thought!
