I purchased my home in 2020, and I've realized that keeping track of various maintenance tasks like changing the furnace filter, checking the water pressure regulator, and cleaning the oven can be a real challenge. I'm curious about whether it would be helpful to have a service where you input details about your home and appliances, and then it sends you reminders via email or even a physical flyer in the mail. Is this something you would find useful? Would you be willing to pay a monthly fee for it?

Honestly, I wouldn’t sign up for such a service. I think it’s easier just to set recurring reminders on my phone’s calendar app. It keeps things organized without adding extra mail clutter.
I've thought about this issue a lot! Right now, I manage everything with physical binders and a house calendar, plus I use some reminders for major tasks. I don’t really see the benefit of getting something mailed to me, since I like having my tasks in front of me. Plus, I often find emails can get lost in the shuffle. Tailoring a service to fit individual homes sounds great, but I wouldn’t pay for it myself; I try to steer clear of subscriptions.
You might want to check out mykukun.com. They have a section dedicated to home maintenance that might be what you're looking for!

I get that! But I've found that my reminders app gets pretty cluttered too, which can make it hard to focus on daily tasks. Maybe it's just a personal preference.
