Need Help with Bathroom Tile Decisions for My Rental

Hey everyone! I'm looking for some advice on remodeling the bathroom in my rental property. The existing tile is damaged but still feels strong. I'm torn between completely removing all the tiles and installing a liner or just patching up the areas that need work with some extra tiles. Also, I've noticed some mold growing in the grout, which seems pretty porous. The previous owner might not have sealed it properly or could have even used the wrong type of grout. What do you all think I should do? Any tips would be super helpful!

Since you're dealing with a rental, it might make sense to replace the damaged tiles and regrout the entire area. If the soap dish can't be matched, consider using some silicone caulk instead, as it can help prevent leaks. Make sure to clean out the old grout properly and seal it well this time!

Thanks for the tips! I really appreciate it. Sounds like regrouting is the way to go.
