When Should I Fertilize My Young Fruit Trees?

Hey everyone! I just planted some young fruit trees—two apple and two peach—and I want to make sure I don't accidentally harm them. They're about 4 feet tall, and I have a steady supply of rabbit fertilizer at home. Since I've only had them for a week, I'm curious to know when would be the right time to start fertilizing them? I'd love to get some advice so I can mark it on my calendar and keep these little guys thriving!

You don't really need to fertilize your young fruit trees for a couple of years. Just focus on watering them regularly and they'll be fine for now.

Make sure to water your trees daily until they're well-established. And just a quick check: are your trees staked? Were they planted by a professional? That can make a difference!

I've been watering them every day and they are staked, but I planted them myself, not by an arborist.
