I've been trying to grow Aji pepper seedlings for the past two years, specifically Aji Rico and Mojo, but I keep hitting a wall. They reach about two inches tall, get their first true leaves, and then shrivel up and die. I'm really looking for any advice or suggestions that could help me finally succeed with these plants!

It would be really helpful if you could share some pictures of your growing setup, along with details about your soil, lighting, and nutrients. It's easier to diagnose issues when we can see your setup.
Can you provide more info about how you're caring for the seedlings? Are you struggling with any other pepper varieties, or just the Aji peppers? Just so you know, my Aji Rico seedlings have been thriving and outgrowing all the other types I started at the same time!
I think it could be related to your setup. I've been using an LED grow light about 2-3 inches above my plants and it’s made a difference. I also make sure to top water rather than bottom water and use a root growth solution every couple of weeks.

Exactly! I was also surprised by how easy Aji peppers were for me last year. My seedlings aren't the most vigorous compared to some hybrids, but they're still doing well. It sounds like something might be off with your care routine or you might have some contaminated seeds.
